This part is use to create a custom reflector or softbox adapter. It has the correct neck size to fit Lumedyne, Quantum, Godox, Bolt, Impact and many other copycat brands of baretube flashes.
It has a flat flange area to the back with four mounting holes. This way you can mount a flat adapter plate or a reflector with these mounts.
For the DIY photographer, nothing will make it easier to help create a new light modifier.
